Are the richest members of society jewish/ affluent jewish people?
I work for an estate agency based in london and I have noticed maybe 90% of houses in 3 of the top 5 most expensive roads in london have mezuzahs. Winnington Road, Courtenay Avenue, Ingram Avenue (average house prices reported on mouseprice as around 6 million each with 20 million pound houses on the market regularly - a 30 million pound one is currently for sale in courtenay avenue) have maybe 90% mezuzahs, the nearby road church mount has only 1 house without a mezuzah, and norrice lea (average house prices start at a million to 3).
So my question is - how come there are so many rich jewish people? what do they do? arabs are sheiks and oil rich but where do jews get primarily rich from?
