So I have a French passport but I have a Moroccan name and I’m thinking of visiting Israel after my trip to Egypt. Politics aside, I’m just curious as to what Israel is like from a tourist point of view.
Do you think I would get harassed at hotels, restaurants, and malls or shops? what about when they see that my name is Arabic, will that automatically cause them to turn me away?
Looks wise, I probably don’t look much different than Israeli guys.
I don’t need a Visa (FRENCH)
I know in Israel it’s mandatory to carry your passport at all times, so how often is it checked outside of the airport, if at all?
Of course I’d want to go to Tel Aviv, perhaps spend most of my time there.
I’m not sure when I’d visit. I think I’d have the biggest surge of adrenaline rush while getting through Israeli customs! but I know all will be fine as I’ve nothing to hide.
I’ve heard from people that u cannot go to an arabic country after traveling to Isreal and how they would know is that it says on ur passport where u’ve been.
I am aware that Lebanon will not allow prior travel to Israel. I have heard that I must request that Israel NOT stamp my passport.
I am flying to Amman - then Tel Aviv - then Amman - then Beirut. If my passport shows some "unaccounted" time (the time spent in Israel), will this cause a problem when I arrive in Lebanon?
I am looking for advice from people that have actually done this.
I am not interested in opinions. Please, no "opinions!!!!" I have plenty of friends that can provide opinions.
I am an American citizen, and need to travel to Israel. Several Arab countries will not allow you to enter their country with a Israeli visa stamped in a passport, I will be visiting 6 Arab countries later in the year. I have also heard several horror stories from people who have entered Arab countries with Israeli visas. Is there a way to aquire an Israeli visa without having it stamped in my passport.
I’m hoping to travel through the middle east next summer. The only thing is that it would be via Israel (I’m Jewish and I want to do my birthright trip). I understand that I can get the Israeli’s to stamp a blank piece of paper so I can still get into countries like Kuwait. My question is this: which countries’ stamps will prevent me from returning to Israel to take my free flight back to North America? For instance: if I have a Kuwaiti stamp in my passport, is that ok? Thanks!
As a 17 year old American, what do I need to get through Israeli customs? Would a letter from a parent ensuring financial support suffice?
Have passport.
I was able to travel to the UK alone with a letter from mum.
I work at an immigration law office in which we have palestinian clients who entered the united states in the 70s and 80s using a travel document issued to them by the jordanian government. the travel documents were good as a one time use, so the travel document is expired. Most clients are green card holders with no passport. They are unable to get any passprt from the palestinian authority becuase of all the political issues going on in the country, and a jordanian passport wont be any halp, since israel doesnt allow a jordanian to enter the country. one of the few ways for an arab to enter israel is to either have a USA passport or a proof of paletinian passport. does anyone else know of anyother way of entering the country.
I do not see flights for these destination on any airlines avail….is the best way to go via train? If so, how can I find details on this? Do you know if it’s safe to travel this route?
1) I’m now looking to confirm whether UAE will let me enter…I am an american citizen, am not going for work or education…simply a vacation. But I will obvioulsy have Israel stamped in my passport by the time I get to UAE customs.
2) If I am allowed to enter UAE, what is the best (safest and most feasible) way to get from Jerusalem to Dubai?
I heard that Lebanon will reject someone who has visited Israel first or has an Israeli passport. So it was suggested I visited other countries before Israel. Is their any truth to this?
Does that limit on which countries I can visit expire over time? I would like to visit them all!
I’ve just read about a similar topic on one other forum post.
It’s about the Israel visa stamp on the passport.
Does any one knows if a visitor that enters the land of Israel, will have any issues, if he/she tries to visit, say Egypt or Turkey, in the future?
Thank you.
What about business visits? That too?
I have a Jordanian passport and i wanna visit Israel, is this allowed by Israel? do they give visa to Jordanians?

well Arieh, im not the one who killed all those ppl in Gaza, am I?
I am a Filipino traveling to India and will proceed (hopefully) to Israel as a tourist. But I’ve been told that I might encounter a problem with my residence visa in my passport which is by the way, had long been cancelled. What do you think?
Hi Friends,
One of my dear friends from university (in the USA) is a Lebanese (Christian) national but also also a zionist. She only has Lebanese citizenship but would like very much to visit Israel. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how?
I know Lebanese who have visited Israel before, but usually the y use a 2nd passport (e.g., EU or American).
Thanks.
I’m an Egyptian eighteen-year-old male and I’m considering visiting Israel sometime in the near future to meet some very good friends of mine who live in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv and to explore my interest in Judaism. Egypt has an Embassy with Israel but I’ve heard the Egyptian Government gives Egyptians who travel to Israel a very hard time, suspecting them of espionage and putting them on probation. Also, most Arab countries won’t allow anyone with an Israeli visa in their passport to enter. Does the Israeli Government do anything to make things easier to travelers? Will I be able to go home or travel to other Arab countries again?
