What’s a good Passover prank to play on my Jewish neighbors?
There’s a Jewish family that lives in my building and I want to play a prank on them while their doing their Passover "seder." Do you have any good ideas?

Why would you want to interrupt Passover? Nobody ever said to stop observing passover. They are just doing what we all were told to do. It is a good time to go study the Word of God with divine help, not your local pastor, preacher, etc. Ignorance won’t serve as an excuse forever. Just go celebrate your easter, or whatever Pagan ritual you believe in.

Pulling pranks on your neighbors is a bad idea to begin with unless you are good friends with them and you both have fun pulling harmless pranks on each other that when they come to pass everyone has a laugh.
If you are not in that type of relationship with your Jewish neighbors then any prank you might pull is a bad idea that comes from wrong motives.

Set up a camera so it is all on film. That way when athiests say they don’t believe it you can prove it. Either that or the police can get a hold of it and put you in jail for hate crimes.
